I have to admit, I’m a huge fan of podcasts and audiobooks! To be honest, I’m a fan of every kind of “input” that I can get without actually having to sit down and read.
I love listening to them when I go for walks, when I have to drive for a long time and even when I can’t sleep at night.
They inspire me to live a happier and healthier life and work smarter (not harder) on my goals.
Some podcasts have made such a big impact on my life that I feel like they really deserve to be shared with the world!
My favourite podcasts
The Brendon Show – Brendon Burchard
Brendon Burchard is one of my favourite authors at all times.
He’s “one of the most successful online trainers in history” – Oprah.com.
Also, he’s a #1 New York Times, #1 Wall Street Journal, #1 Amazon and #1 USA Today best-selling author.
It all started a few years ago when I first found his videos on Youtube. I had never heard of him before but I was curious what advice this guy had to offer.
The first video I watched was all about dealing with negative people and let me tell you, I was mind blown!
Brendon talks about topics related to becoming successful and living a fully charged life. Isn’t that what we all want to achieve?
Over the last years, I’ve read all his books and there’s not a single one I don’t love.
If you’re looking for inspiration and real-life advice, you definitely have to check out The Brendon Show.
The School of Greatness – Lewis Howes
Lewis is the most laid-back author and public speaker, you will ever meet. He’s just a down to earth kinda guy who wants to make a difference in the world.
Lewis interviews best-selling authors and people who have truly inspiring stories and insights to share with the world.
I listen to The School of Greatness podcast on a daily basis, preferably to kick start my days. His podcast episodes always put me in a *great* mood and challenge me to think outside the box.
Definitely, go and check out his podcast! You won’t regret it, I promise!
What would the self-development world be without Tony Robbins?
Can you even imagine that? Because I can’t. He’s a living legend.
If you haven’t checked him out yet, please do yourself a favour and go listen to his podcast.
It will change the way you see yourself and the world!
The College Info Geek – Thomas Frank
Are you a student?! Well, then this is gonna be such a game changer for you.
Thomas Frank teaches us, students, how to ace tests, study effectively and still live a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
He also wrote a book *10 Steps to Earning Awesome Grades (While Studying Less)* that you can get for free here.
When I went back to school 2 years ago, I was looking for study advice on Youtube. I stumbled upon Thomas Frank channel.
I’m so happy I did. He’s the reason why I was able to completely change the way I study for my exams.
I can highly recommend his podcast if you want to become a high performing student!
The Lavendaire Lifestyle
Another podcast on personal growth I love is The Lavendaire Lifestyle. The girl behind the podcast is Aileen Xu, a YouTuber and entrepreneur.
Aileen is such an inspiration to me and I love listening to her podcast whenever I feel a little down.
She’s all about living a peaceful and inspiring life that you actually enjoy living.
Every Sunday the Lavendaire Lifestyle shares inspiration on how to live your dream life and make life your masterpiece.
If you want to grow as a person and you could use some motivation, take some time and listen to Aileen’s Podcast!
